Upper School students were all smiles at the Homecoming pep rally yesterday. The pep rally opened with short acts from many different programs across campus: the Fine Arts Conservatory, the equestrian team, the tennis team, SIMA Gold, CBD Varsity Gold, boys’ and girls’ golf, the swim team, cross country & track, the varsity volleyball team, the lacrosse team, the softball team, boys’ and girls’ weightlifting, girls’ soccer, girls’ varsity basketball, and boys’ varsity basketball.
The short acts were followed by a dance routine by the pom squad, and the teachers and staff performed the head-turning Eight Count Dance Off! Then the junior class officers presented the 2023 Homecoming Court.
The mood in the air definitely pumped everyone up for this week’s big games. The Homecoming King and Queen will be announced this Saturday night during the halftime show. You won’t want to miss it!
