Students have been exploring block coding, engaging in 2D game building contests, and competing in Bed Wars at Game Design Camp with Coach Oshae Hicks, MVA’s EA Sports Academy Coordinator. Students have also been enhancing their skills in math, science, and English using Minecraft Education, a game-based platform that fosters creativity and inclusive learning through play.
“One thing that surprises me the most is how smart the younger generation is and how fast they can get through assignments,” said Coach Hicks. “They are all eager to move ahead.”
