Making a New Year’s resolution dates back to more than 4,000 years to the ancient Babylonians to honor the new year. Our sixth-grade grade students put a twist on the practice and thoughtfully compiled words that would reflect on their goals for 2021. After lots of brainstorming and consideration, each student chose a single word that would be their goal. They developed measurable action steps that will help them achieve their goal.
