MVA’s Belle France ’23, Continues To Hold The Bar High

Since being re-elected for a second term as the Division 9 Lieutenant Governor for the Florida District of Key Club International, rising senior Belle France has been working diligently every day to further the growth of the district. Belle continues to hold the bar high and works hard in setting goals not only for her district, but far beyond. At this year’s DCON (District Education and Leadership Conference for district of Florida Key Club International), Belle served as one of only three Sergeant Arms and spoke to a crowd of nearly a 1,000 each night. The conference had Key Clubbers from Florida to the Cayman Islands as well as the Turks and Caicos. Belle’s responsibilities continue long past the academic school year and in June she traveled to attend a four day board meeting and conference with the entire Florida District Board. This board has grown to become a family that shares a profound love for helping others, but they must also tackle the administrative duties that keep the mighty Florida District strong. Board members are expected to know proper Parliamentary procedure as they conduct votes on not only improvements but budgets, as well as voting on many international matters. Belle considers herself incredibly fortunate to be able to serve as Lieutenant Governor for second term. Her mission in her final term she is dedicated to making this the best year yet while having a profoundly positive impact on those around her.
