Montverde Academy’s Athletic Department seeks qualified individuals to lead our sports programs. Middle School Counselor
The Middle School Counselor works collaboratively with the Middle School administration, faculty, and staff to support the social and emotional development of students in grades six through eight. This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating the Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum within the Middle School Advisory program, as well as providing counseling services and resources to students. The counselor also plays a role in facilitating the transition of students from one division to the next.

Upper School English Teacher
The Upper School English Teacher will deliver instruction to students in various levels of English/Language Arts, serve as a student advisor for a group of students, and assume other duties as assigned by the Dean of the Upper School.

Substitute Teachers (All Levels)
Montverde Academy is currently seeking Substitute Teachers (all levels). Candidates with classroom experience at the Lower, Middle, and/or Upper school levels are preferred. Applicants must be available to work on short notice.

Bus Driver
Montverde Academy is seeking a Bus Driver. Requirements of the position include driving school bus routes to pick up and drop off students in the morning and afternoons based on a route schedule, keeping the inside and outside of assigned vehicles clean and inspected, and making sure the vehicle fluids and fuel are topped off. This position will directly report to the Transportation Coordinator.

Grounds Maintenance
The Grounds Maintenance position is responsible for baseball and softball field setup. General maintenance on field grounds including mowing, weed-eating, weed control, pest control, irrigation, and maintaining proper turf height level. Mechanic, Full-time
Montverde Academy is looking for a full-time Mechanic. Responsible, experienced, reliable, and hard-working. CDL a plus. Ability to lift 60 lbs. required. Experience in repairing and maintaining small engines (lawn equipment and golf carts), Vehicle maintenance (vans, mid and large buses). Hours are 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Competitive pay and benefits.
