The EA SPORTS Gaming at MVA team traveled to the Electronic Arts Orlando facility to learn more about the gaming industry and competitive gaming competitions.
They spoke with Vice President of EA Sports Julie Foster who shared the value of esports and how EA contributes to the industry. Then they spoke with the software engineering team charged with the responsibility of creating and programming games to offer to the public. Finally, the students spoke with the Apex Legends competition team at EA who shared game strategy and analysis of game play to improve their performance.
Opportunities like these field trips are offered often through the EA SPORTS Gaming at MVA program.
