Making a Splash at the Final Middle School Social of the Schoolyear

By Meera Patel, MS SGA Vice President

As the final Middle School Social of the schoolyear, the MS SGA followed a lasting tradition, ending the year with a pool party!

At the pool, students were able to casually relax with their friends, play water basketball, and play games with the provided beach balls. The beach volleyball courts were open, and many were eager to play with and against friends. Alongside these two main activities, students participated in spike ball, Cornhole, Connect 4, Giant Jenga, and mini Hula-Hoop competitions!

A Kona Ice truck was present, allowing students to purchase refreshing snow cones for their friends and themselves. Additionally, sixth- and seventh-grade families generously provided food and drinks for the social. After a long night of swimming, playing beach volleyball, and chatting with friends, the Middle School finished all of the food brought in and even took some items home with them!

In the end, there was something for everyone to enjoy, and the Pool Party Social turned out to be a great success! SGA would like to thank Mr. Narducci, Mrs. Fracker, Mr. Urquhart, and the staff for all of the assistance and help when it came to planning the MS Socials. We thank all of the MS families for supporting the Middle School Socials by bringing in food and drink items. And finally, we would like to thank the students, for making the 2023-24 school year a year to remember!
