Montverde Academy’s Middle School Volleyball and Soccer sports teams had a remarkably fun and enriching season!  MVA’s Middle School Volleyball program coach Tom Narducci did a great job of teaching volleyball to the girls – while also sharing his enthusiasm and dedication for the game.  MVA MS Volleyball started out the season scoring only 4 points a game, to almost scoring 20 points a game. They unfortunately lost in the first round of the TCCL tournament.  MVA’s MS Soccer program also started out slowly and had a record of 4-8.  With the help of Coach Seth Stowers, a SIMA coach, the team pulled it together. They won one game on Monday and won two on Tuesday to win the TCCL Championship! According to Miss Caitlin Griffis, Montverde Academy’s Middle School Athletics Coordinator/Assistant Lady Eagles Varsity Softball Coach, “Both of our teams represented our Middle School Program very well and I couldn’t be more proud of them! They showed true class and great sportsmanship. Both of our coaches devoted their time and effort to support our two teams and they did a fantastic job! Now I look forward to having the same response for our basketball season.”
