MVA’s swimming program didn’t exist five years ago. But in 2015, the Eagles swimming season is highly competitive and runs from August to November. Practices are typically five days a week and the team trains in the newly completed aquatic center and innovative 40,000 square foot athletic facility. The program’s season involves eight to 12 competitions and includes invitational meets, Florida state-wide meets – such as the State Championship, and dual meets– like tomorrow’s MVA HOME SWIM MEET (Friday, September 4, 2015) against First Academy. Warm-up begins at 3:30 P.M., with a start-time at scheduled for 4:00pm. To read about MVA’s swimming program over the summer, please visit HERE.
