On Tuesday, July 7, 2015, The Kiwanis Club of Clermont, affiliated with Kiwanis International, hosted three regional graduates as part of their recent college scholarship luncheon. Two of the recipients were Montverde Academy 2015 graduates: Delaney Crumblish – a successful Lady Eagle soccer player who will be attending Queens University of Charlotte; and Morgan Kaisrlik – a former Eagle swimmer who will be attending University of Florida in the fall and majoring in pre-med.  Savannah Jusino was the third grant beneficiary – a East Ridge High School graduate and a vocalist who will be attending USF in the fall majoring in elementary education.

All three scholarship beneficiaries thanked The Kiwanis Club of Clermont for their college financial assistance, and briefly informed the club of their future collegiate plans and endeavors.  Clermont’s Kiwanis Club chapter is one of the most active service clubs in the Lake County region, and dedicated to improving lives of children and families in South Lake County, Florida, as well as globally through various parent-organization’s international programs.
