The experience was superb for Coach Aristodemo. Upon his return to MVA. He told Montverde.org, “The Canadian Legend had invited numerous players that he played with for Club and Country. Great players from DC United, Houston Dynamo, San Jose Earthquakes and Toronto FC. Also invited were former and current Canadian National team players such as Paul Stalteri, Julian Da Guzman, Jason Bent, Junior Hoilett, David Edgar. “ It was a fantastic weekend because it allowed me to play with some fantastic players, but more importantly to share in all our past experiences with each other. Dwayne has had a fantastic playing career and it was a pleasure to be able to share his final farewell game with him. As I always tell my players, it’s about the journey and the memories and people you come in contact with that is important. I want to wish Dwayne the best of luck in his future and I’m proud to call him one of my teammates with the Canadian National Team.”
